Beckett is a long haired muted orange tabby boy (also known as a creamsicle).  He was born in April 2010 to one of the four feral mamas.   He is affectionate with other cats and occasionally with his interim human.   He often plays the role of surrogate mother to the kittens who joined the sanctuary in May.   Although they are now growing out of it, when they first arrived, Sophie, Eliza and Crookshank, all up for adoption, were always seen snuggled into his belly while kneading and nursing him.

I am not sure who was more comforted by this behavior; I loved watching and laughing over it.
